ALL NEW ITEMS must be paid in full prior to shipping. If returns are needed they must be reviewed by us no later than 7 days from the date you signed for acceptance. Refunds will be made once the item is returned and inspected. Any item that has been worn will not be refunded.
CONSIGNMENT ITEMS: We must have your credit card (MasterCard/Visa/American Express/Discover) number's to hold in our files in order to ship items for you.
You have seven (7) days from the time you receive the shipment to decide if the item(s) will work for you. This gives you time to consult with a seamstress, etc.
We charge your card for the purchase of the item(s) once you decide. If we do not hear from you after 10 days your card will be charged.
Please note you are always charged for shipping the item, purchased or not.

Your return shipments to us need to also require a signature conformation and be returned as quickly as possible.
