We must have your credit card (MasterCard/Visa) number's to hold in our files in order to ship items for you.

You have ten (10) days from the time you receive the shipment to decide if the item(s) will work for you. This gives you time to consult with a seamstress, etc.

We charge your card for the purchase of the item(s) once you decide. If we do not hear from you after 10 days your card will be charged.

Please note you are always charged for shipping the item, purchased or not.

Shipping rates based on the following:
- Priority mail (2-3 days)
   1 outfit $35.00*  or  2 outfits $45.00*
        *Price may vary depending on box size
- Express/Overnight - Actual charge
- Derby's, hats, jewelry, small items will be shipped at cheapest rate/small box prices
 - We ship all packages "Signature Required"

Your return shipments to us need to also require a signature conformation and be returned as quickly as possible.

Dirty or damaged items, Out of Style/Outdated items, Day Coats, "Off the Rack" items.
